Illustrators from all over the world are invited to take part on the competition sending 3 original illustrations, unpublished or published after January 2009.
Since I really want to get into childrens illustration, I thought I’d give this comp a go and came up with 3 illustrations based on a short story I’d come across. I’m hoping to get these printed so I have plenty of time to submit them but I’m reeeeeally nervous about doing so for some reason!
This is the first time I’ve illustrated anything for a story so it was quite challenging, but really good fun – I can’t wait to do more of this in the future.
